At last count, an estimated 500 patients have been airlifted from the ruins of Port Au Prince to Florida hospitals. But Governor Charlie Crist's primary concern isn't the well-being of the Haitian refugees, his main focus is, who is going to pay their medical bills. So, until someone shows Florida the money, no more Haitian refugees will be checking into Florida hospitals.
Dr. Barth Green, one of the physicians spearheading the medical evacuations from Haiti said, "People are dying in Haiti because they can’t get out.”
I have one question: If the Obama administration can't effectively orchestrate health care for a few thousand people, how can we expect them to get health care right, for millions of uninsured Americans?

The short answer is they can't.
Obama's health care agenda has nothing to do with health or care. It has everything to do with setting the stage for Obama and his fellow progressives to seize control of every last aspect of the lives of us mere peasants.
Hey, here's an idea:
Since Michael Moore showed us in his last movie, "Sicko," that the health care in Cuba is far superior to what can be found here in America, let's just start flying all those Haitians straight over to Havana and cart them into the hospitals there. Havana is closer to Port Au Prince than Florida too, I think.
We could also try sending some Haitians over to Venezuela too, since that country has become very much like Cuba since Hugo Chavez started calling all the shots there, so I'm guessing that Venezuelan hospitals are just as good as Cuban hospitals by now too.
Your right, this is a perfect example of rationing. If Obama care were to pass with a country that is broke (USA) they have to choose who gets care. Just like all other countries with universal healthcare. So who doesn't get treated? The old and terminally ill? The ones who would only get a few years of life with that very expensive treatment? SKip the fat people, smokers, aids victims, etc they did it to themselves with antisocial behavior.
Libtards really made a big deal bashing Sarah Palin over the "death panel" remarks on her blog, but this of course completely glosses over the reality of how a single-payer health care system is really nothing but just one big death panel. Obama has said on numerous occasions before he became president that he wants America to adopt a single-payer health care system.
