39-year-old Douglas Perlitz was arrested in Sept. of 2009 for manipulating, molesting, and for all I know, raping young Haitian boys. Perlitz was the founder of "Project Pierre Toussaint", a home for impoverished Haitian children. Perlitz used his organization to gain sexual access to young boys. Project Pierre Toussaint is now closed.
Young homeless boys were lured into Perlitz's web with promises of food, shelter, cell phones, and money. Boys who refused Perlitz's advances weren't allowed into his program, those who were already residents, were kicked out of Perlitz's home, if they refused to have sex with him.
If convicted, Perlitz faces 30 years in prison and a $2.5 million fine.

This is what happens when you allow homosexuals to have authority over young boys. The Boy Scouts were righteous when then did not cave in to pressure from the gay agenda to change their official policy on homosexuality. The Boy Scouts of America didn't want to see their camping trips being turned into NAMBLA conventions and boylover parties.
