Score: Transgendered 1, IRS 0

Boston, Massachusetts --- 65-year-old Rhiannon O'Donnabhain, who was born with a penis and traded it in for a vagina, has set a legal precedent for anyone who is considering a sex change. O'Donnabhain successfully sued the IRS for the right to deduct her sex reassignment surgery costs, from her taxes.

Initially, the IRS denied O'Donnabhain’s $25,000 deduction. Their position was that a sex change operation is not a medically necessary procedure. The U.S. Tax Court disagreed:

(The IRS’ position is) at best a superficial characterization of the circumstances; thoroughly rebutted by the medical evidence, said the court.

"I think what the court is saying is that surgery and hormone therapy for transgender people to alleviate the stress associated with gender identity disorder is legitimate medical care," said Jennifer Levi, a GLAD attorney.

I have to give to transsexuals, they are have no problem with standing up for what they believe in, and fighting for their rights. You go, girl!

What a waste of $25,000 - all I see in this picture above is a homely man with tits. That's also just more lost tax money that the rest of us will have to be burdened with because of one selfish freakazoid.

The next logical step from here of course would be to force the government to pay for all sex changes after some jew lawyer and some jew judge meet up in some court room somewhere.
